4. If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
5. DleafTech reserves the right to deny any refund request if we believe that the client has violated our terms of service or has intentionally caused harm to our company.
6. Our refund policy only applies to web design services. Any additional services, such as hosting or maintenance, are non-refundable.
